The scan of this copy from Oxford's Bodleian Library—apparently shelfmark Hope fol. 96 (1)—is flawed. The scan begins with p. 11, meaning that numbers 1 and 2 are lacking. The scan appears to be complete for the remainder of the run (nos. 3-38), however.
